DESCRIPTION

Main Body

Made out of close grained C.I. Grade 20, with intergri : Whisper pocket. Single Piece casting for rigidity. Strength and improved heat transfer.

Pulley Side Plate

Made out of close grained C.I. Grade 20, and is suitable rided for high rigidity & designed to resist axial & radial vibrations.

Gear Side Plate
(G.S.P.)

Made out of close grained C.I. Grade 20, and is designed for high rigidity and strength.

Driving Rotor

Involute profile impellers fitted with high tensile and toughened.

Driving Rotor

Alloy steel shaft. The complete Rotor assembly is dynamically balanced to ISO: 1940 Standard.

Bearings

Both the impeller assemblies are supported by high dynamic capacity antifriction bearing making the blower suitable for continuous-duty operations.

Gear Side Cover

C.I. Gear cover having fins for effective cooling of lubricating oil.

Timing Gears

High Tensile, Alloy Steel hob cut, induction hardened and ground/lapped to ensure high mechanical efficiency, low noise and longer life.

Seals

High quality oil seals on shafts restrict leakage of oil or grease to the impellers thus ensuring oil free air delivery.
